Under the responsibility of the Parts and Service Manager and working in collaboration with the Business Intelligence, Marketing, Sales and International departments, the Parts Management Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:
Summary of activities
• Research and elaborate market and business trend studies to identify and evaluate new opportunities for growth in the market place;
• Elaborate and lead the parts strategy of the assigned product lines/ categories to meet dealer’s and customer’s needs;
• Continuously strive to improve your Key financial performance indicators; Growth and Profitability, while building a compelling value proposition both for the dealer network and the customers;
• Reach out to our International division to maximize global product offering in line with worldwide market;
• Continuously be on the lookout for any growth opportunity that could contribute to our mission;
• Act as the Voice of the customer and subject matter expert for various Go to market initiatives (wholesale and retail) such as; shows and events, marketing and catalogs.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Engineering, Product Management or relevant experience in a dealer and/or PG&A (PAC) sales related functions
• Knowledge and comprehension of the PG&A (PAC) business within a similar industry
• Experience in influencing cross-functional teams while maintaining excellent relationships
• Experience in building, and selling strong business plans
• Bilingual, English and French, both oral and written is a must

• Be a creative and enthusiastic team player
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Powersports industry interest is necessary
The Eastern Townships are located in the southern part of the province and share a 300km+ long border with the United States.
